Landlord Safety Certificates
We are fully trained and insured to complete both CP12 Landlord Gas Safety Certificates as well as Annual Warranty Boiler Services.

Boiler Fault Finding / Servicing
Our Gas Safe engineers can fault find your system to diagnose any issues as well as perform annual servicing for warranty purposes.
Powerflush / Radiator, TRV Replacement
We offer powerflushing with our top of the range KANGO powerflush machine which is designed to clean and flush through up to 25 radiators at one time. We also offer TRV and full replacement if needed.
Gas Meter Relocation
We can re run the gas pipework and safely relocate your gas meter to the new desired location.
